Yes. All Shripati Gold jewellery is crafted using BIS Hallmarked gold. Each piece is checked for purity and carries the appropriate hallmark stamping as per regulations.
In most cases, yes. You can share the product code and the changes you need (weight range, length, stone colour, etc.). Our design and production team will confirm what is possible and share an estimate.
Each design in our collections and catalogue mentions an approximate weight. Final weight can vary slightly depending on size and customisation. For an exact weight, our team will confirm once the piece is ready.
We primarily work with retailers and wholesalers, but in some locations we also take select direct orders. Please contact us with your requirement and location, and we will guide you accordingly.
Since gold rates fluctuate daily, we do not show prices on the website. Share the product code and your city on WhatsApp and our sales team will respond with the latest pricing and making details.
We take quality concerns very seriously. You can raise a complaint through our service channel and share photos/videos of the issue. Our team will review the case and suggest the best possible solution in coordination with your retailer.
Basic repairs and polishing can usually be handled through your retailer. For manufacturing–related issues or complex work, the product may be sent back to our workshop after evaluation.
